Peer Editing, Notes.

1. Journal:

How do you view yourself as a consumer? Are you swayed by advertisement? What type of persuasion persuades you? Is it Ethos? Pathos? Logos?

2. Peer editing. Groups of three.

3. Peer Editors search for:

1. Obvious misspellings.

2. Obvious grammatical errors.

3. A clear beginning introducing an idea.

4. Body paragraphs that extend the idea, focused on only one main point. All sentences work towards this main point...

5. A conclusion that ties a neat bow and perhaps offers a final, illuminating point.

6. Offer a complement.

7. Recommend one change.
